About Us
Bangor Regatta is Northern Ireland’s premier keel boat regatta, set on the shores of Belfast Lough the event offers excellent yacht racing for numerous classes of yacht.
Following on from the successful events hosted in 2022 and 2024, the Bangor Regatta events team has been hard at work putting together another fantastic event for 2026.
Bangor Regatta will take place over four days from Thursday 25th to Sunday 28th June 2026, providing a full schedule of races on Belfast Lough over the 4 days.
Our 2026 event will also incorporate the Irish Sea Nations Cup and the Sigma 33 Class Championship.
Post race daily prize-giving will be held at RUYC and our full, 4 day entertainment schedule will be confirmed closer to the date.

Royal Ulster Yacht Club will be the host club in 2026, offering a superb location and backdrop for both competitors and spectators alike to follow the event on and off the water.
